Trinamool Unnayan Sangstha (TUS) is a non-profit, apolitical, and non-governmental voluntary development organization established in May 1998. Since its inception, TUS has been dedicated to implementing health and various development programs in Mymensingh, focusing on the socio-economic and health development of vulnerable groups, including women, children, adolescents, youth, street children, prospective poor individuals, and drug users at the grassroots level.

TUS adopts a participatory project planning approach to identify and address community challenges systematically. This involves categorizing the challenges and conducting innovative action research aimed at achieving sustainable development. By actively involving target families in both rural and urban areas, TUS promotes effective participation in activities for sustainable development.
